Deportace do Sýrie a Afghánistánu jsou protiprávní. S Talibanem a Asadem je jakákoli „migrační dohoda o bezpečných návratech“ jen cárem papíru.
Česká republika chce být lídrem v tzv. inovativních řešeních migrace a chystá misi do Sýrie, kde chce přesvědčit masového vraha Bašára Asada, aby přestal mučit a zabíjet svoje oponenty a zajistil bezpečné oblasti pro nucené návraty Syřanů z Evropy. Podobné snahy směřují do Afghánistánu, kde vládne tvrdá islámská diktatura Talibanu. Němci proto usilovně jednají s Uzbekistánem, aby ten na vlastní odpovědnost přijímal a deportoval Afghánce zpět do vlasti.
OPU považuje tyto snahy za jasně v rozporu s mezinárodním právem, mučení, špatné zacházení a zabíjení odpůrců režimu je v obou zemích stále stejně špatné, režimy a jejich praktiky se nezměnily. Deportations to Syria and Afghanistan are illegal. With the Taliban and Assad, any „safe return migration agreement“ is a nonsense
The Czech Republic wants to be a leader in the so-called innovative migration solutions and is planning a mission to Syria to persuade mass murderer Bashar Assad to stop torturing and killing his opponents and to provide safe areas for the forced returns of Syrians from Europe. Similar efforts are under way in Afghanistan, where a hard-line Islamic Taliban dictatorship rules. The Germans are therefore negotiating hard with Uzbekistan to take in and deport Afghans back to their homeland under their own responsibility.
OPU considers these efforts to be clearly contrary to international law; the torture, ill-treatment and killing of opponents of the regime is still just as bad in both countries, and the regimes and their practices have not changed.
